Clarified Punch - A Vegan Cocktail

It's pretty, it's pink, and it's a refreshing vegan zero-proof cocktail.

While clear and see-through, this delicious vegan cocktail is surprisingly made with coconut milk. The process used to clarify the drink involves adding citrus, which separates the fats in the milk, and then straining the liquid until it renders the cocktail clear. The result is a creamy textured feel on the tongue, but the appearance of a light cocktail. We call it mixologist sorcery.
