Located steps from the Metro Red Line, Seventh State Restaurant & Lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and is the hub for local and business connectivity. Our menu features coastal Mediterranean influences, locally sourced ingredients, and a custom-built hearth oven for crisp and delicious wood-fired flatbread. The cocktail menu incorporates uniquely flavored liqueurs & a strong connection to Whiskey culture.

A focus on high quality ingredients and expert technique provides our guests with simple yet elegant dishes that showcase pristine coastal dining in its truest form. While sophisticated cocktails evoke emotions of exploration, the beer stays local showcasing Montgomery County's amazing breweries. The wine list is expertly curated to complement the culinary offerings and promoting a sense of wanderlust.

Executive Chef Dupree Braswell is a native of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and was most recently executive chef at Washington Marriott Georgetown. In addition to Seventh State Restaurant & Lounge, he also oversees the culinary direction of Hip Flask rooftop bar, the Greatroom bar, M Club and the hotel's catering. Chef Braswell brings over 17 years of culinary leadership experience.
